農業技術移轉與技術商品化策略

Strategies for Agricultural Technology Transfer and Commercialization

面對全球化經濟的強大競爭壓力，世界各國無不紛紛加強產業界與學、研單位之合作，提昇總體產業之競爭力，並加速創新研發成果之技術轉移與商品化。因此如何建構一套有效的技術移轉機制，以及健全的技術商品化平台是我國農業再出發的重要基礎。本文首先將簡介技術移轉相關之議題，包括技術取得之管道、研發成果之保護方式、技術移轉之策略及關鍵成功要素。其次，討論技術商品化的策略、比較各種技術商品化的模式及其關鍵的因素。最後則針對農業的特性，探討這些以往偏重應用於工業或商業之技術移轉及商品化的論述，如何應用於農業研發成果之上。

Countries around the world are strengthening the collaboration among the industry, university, and research institution to cope with the immense competition of the global economy to accelerate the speed of innovation and its technology transfer and commercialization. How to establish an effective technology transfer mechanism and build a sound technology commercialization platform is one of the important basis for the development of Taiwan's agriculture. This article will give a brief description about the issues related to technology transfer which includes the channels for obtaining technology, protection of research results, technology transfer strategy, and its key success factors. Strategies for technology commercialization, various commercialization models, and important factors will then be discussed. In the final section, based on the specific characteristics of agriculture, the application of the methods for technology transfer and commercialization employed by business and industry in the past in agriculture will be examined.
