利用設施栽培方式有助穩定農作物生產及提高品質,以因應全球氣候變遷的問題。本研究主要目的為探討設施農業投資策略,並分析策略之經濟及財務可行性。研究結果顯示,在挑高型溫室內夏季種植易受颱風豪雨損害之蔬菜作物,與季種植高單價之瓜果類作物輪作,並配合政府對於設施農業之優惠補助,是一有利之投資策略。本研究首先分析芫荽成本、收益與利潤資料,配合設施栽培之設備投入、產生之成本與效益資料,並參考技術和作物專家對設施農業之預期效果,進行此種輪作作物制度之技術、經濟及財務之可行性。研究結果顯示,在經濟分析部分,芫荽與小果番茄輪作之NPV大於0,B/C值大於1,內生報酬率(IRR)大於市場利率,回收期間為3.84年,具經濟可行性。在財務分析方面,早作設施芫荽與晚作小番茄輪作制度之損益平衡點為0.195公頃,貢獻利潤為1,261,185元∕公頃。綜言之,在溫室內進行設施蔬果栽培輪作高單價夏季蔬菜與瓜果作物為一有利投資項目。 |

The application of facility cultivation so as to stabilize crop production, to improve quality and to cope with the problem of global climate change is effectively. The main purpose of this study was to explore the investment strategy of facility cultivation and analyze the economic and financial viability of strategies. The results show that in the high-ceilinged greenhouse with summer planting vegetable crops, and winter growing cherry tomato rotation, and with the government subsidies for agriculture facilities is a favorable investment strategy. This study first analyzes coriander cost, revenue and profit data, with the cost of equipment into cultivation, and the benefits arising from the information referring to the technical experts on the expected results and crop agriculture facilities, are technical, economic and financial feasibility. According to the results of economic analysis, NPV coriander and cherry tomato crop rotation is greater than 0, B / C values greater than 1 , the internal rate of return (IRR) is greater than the market interest rate, the payback period is 3.84 years, economically feasible. In the financial analysis, the breakeven point for facilities cultivation coriander and small tomato rotation system is 0.195 hectare; the contribution margin is NT$1,261,185 per hectare. In conclusion, the facility cultivation of vegetables in the greenhouse with crop rotation high price of coriander in summer and tomato in winter is a favorable investment project. |
