BBS-APP導入建築工程勞工行為改變之有效性探討

Discussion on the Validity of Labor Behavior Change by BBS-APP in Construction Project

勞工不安全行為是營造業職業災害發生的主因，行為安全是可以透過觀察、評估、處置、改進來提升的。應用手持裝置應用程式開發(Application)，將行為安全(Behavior-Based Safety,BBS)觀念，於營造工地現場進行勞工作業行為觀察活動，透過BBS-APP導入累計大量觀察紀錄，以歸納出勞工不安全行為模式，及作業程序不安全狀況。經由觀察紀錄統計分析結果，提供管理者介入勞工不安全行為矯正，及就潛在危害狀態等安全管理預防策略擬定參考。

Workers’ unsafe behavior is the primary cause of occupational accidents in the constructionindustry, and workers’ behavior could be improved through observation, assessment, disposal andimprovement. Following the BBS Approach, this study according to Application (APP) for handhelddevices designed by IOSH that enables construction-firm managers to observe workers’ behavior onsite.The BBS-APP in the construction site would help to generalize the workers’ patterns and theunsafe conditions from the different job procedures through the observation of workers’ activities andaccumulated large number of observation records. The observations and records undergo statisticalanalysis to provide reference information for supervisors to rectify unsafe worker behavior anddevelop safety management strategies to prevent potential work hazards in advance.
