導致青少年長期離家出走之因素脈絡研究

The Context Analysis of Adolescents’ Long-term Runaway Factors

本研究旨在建構導致青少年長期離家出走之因素脈絡，採用質的研究法，以深度訪談為主要的收集資料方式，訪談七位離家出走後長期離家居住長達一年以上的青少年，並以紮根理論進行資料分析。研究結果發現長期離家青少年在離家前的生活是一個動態的發展過程，也是親子關係不斷惡化的過程。親子連結不良、家外影響漸增、自主要求漸增是長期的主要影響因素，而動態的親子互動變化則是惡性的親子衝突循環，但是親子衝突要發展至長期離家出走的行為，還需要其它因素的影響，包含：雙方衝突因應策略、暫時性安置條件有無、離家後家人負向反應等因素。

This study is aimed to construct the developing process of adolescents’ long-term runaway from home. This study adopted qualitative methodology and seven adolescents who had run away from home for more than one year were deeply interviewed. The study is analyzed with grounded theory and assisted by MAXQDA software, the findings are following: During the runaway conceiving stage, the parent-child confrontation circulation is the main dynamic development and the long-term runaway determinant factors include confrontation coping strategy, temporary placement and family negative reaction.
