Her Story: The Career of a Prizewinner in Nursing Innovative Competition

本研究以一位護理創新競賽得獎者作為研究對象，經由深度訪談及相關文件的蒐集，以瞭解其生涯歷程。資料處理與分析方面，是將錄音帶內容轉譯為逐字稿、編碼，配合相關文件等資料，不斷分析、比較、對照、修正、歸納與綜合，以理解並建構護理創新競賽得獎者的生涯歷程。研究的主要發現如下：一、護理創新競賽得獎者的生涯歷程：1.在個人因素方面：本研究對象喜歡改變、不安於現狀、喜歡嘗試與冒險等。2.在家庭因素方面：本研究對象的雙親較重男輕女，對研究對象的影響不若其祖母。祖母會鼓勵並讚許研究對象，是其重要的影響人物。3.在學校因素方面：本研究對象主要受到國中體育老師的鼓勵，就學期間與同儕互動良好，並對於所有科目展現高度學習興趣與成就。4.在組織因素方面：本研究對象的服務單位積極提供獎勵金等激勵方案，以鼓勵員工進行護理創新。二、護理創新競賽得獎者的創造歷程：本研究對象以關懷的角度，從事護理創新的歷程。根據上述結果，研究者歸納出護理創新競賽得獎者生涯歷程的特色，並分別就生涯歷程與創造歷程等方面提出建議。

The purpose of this study was to explore the career of a prizewinner in Nursing Innovative Competition. Subject of this study was a prizewinner in Nursing Innovative Competition. An in-depth interview was used to acquire rich data from her. Her career development and innovative development were analyzed. The major findings were as follows: (a) Career development: she liked to try everything and to adventure in her daily life. The significant person to her was her grandmother. And she met a mentor when she was a junior high school’s student. She also owned partnership with her classmates and friends. The hospital she worked was full of supportive climate to innovate. (b) Innovative development: her nursing innovation came from care for everybody and everything. Finally, based on the findings mentioned-above, the researcher made some suggestions for career development and innovative development.
