淺論張景岳〈醫易義〉之易理醫用

中國醫學之精深博大是無庸置疑的，由其能歷經幾千年而不墜即可證明。追本溯源，其理論基礎源自於中國經典《易經》。明代張景岳引唐代孫真人所云「不知易，不足以言太醫」，認為醫者除必需熟讀《內經》外，更強調必須將《易經》徹底研讀。因為中醫理論是建立在《易經》的學術基礎上展出來的，如果不懂《易經》陰陽變化原理，就無法深入了解中醫學理之奧義。目前易與醫分途，分屬於不同領域。如果能秉持易醫知識同源之理念繼續下去，相信中醫更能溯本清源傳承下去，更能闡揚易理醫用之精髓。中國醫學理論，大體上是以陰陽為其中心思想，是根據《易經》思想而加以發揮的。例如中醫強調「陰陽調和」的重要性，認為人體內若陰陽失調就會生病，唯有使陰陽恢復平衡，人體才能恢復健康，這與《易經》中的陰陽思想是不謀而合的。故藉明代張景岳所著《類經附翼》中〈醫易義〉一篇，以闡述易理醫用之義，並概述中國醫學之淵源。因為〈醫易義〉一篇內容淺顯易懂，能將易理醫用之旨義娓娓道來，從《易經》八卦取象自然開始，到如何為中醫取法發展學理，言簡意賅。

The history of traditional chinese medicine has more than fifty centuries. Anciently, when the book of Yijing was edited and presented to the public,it has been impacting on the theories of the Chinese medicine. Some of the Chinese medicine's theories created from Yijing, for example ＂Nei-Ching＂, ＂Nan-Ching＂, etc. There are many researches about the Yijing's impaction on the Chinese medicine. Zhang Jing-Yue is one of the research workers. He was born in Ming(1568-1640AD).He took an examination of the relationship between Chinese medical and Yijing. for example, the theory of ＂Yin-Yang＂ , ＂Five Element＂(Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water).Then he wrote down these aspects of his studies and observations and published. In fact, there are more scholars also research that The theories have been impacting deeply in Chinese medicine, clinical diagnosis, Sphygmology. The conclusion is that Yijing' theory inspire the Chinese medicine knowledge. The purpose of this paper not only explain the ideological source, but also extend the Traditional Chinese medicine to the whole world.
