The catering industry is an industry visual both skill and experienced, internship system used in the tourism and hospitality education has been a long time, it’s a kind of institutional emphasis both on academic and experience. In recent years, the international trend let government and schools promote hospitality department students to participate in overseas internship, to learn from international experience and expand their horizons. But overseas internship will face racial discrimination, language barriers, adjustment difficulties, diet suited, financial pressures, cultural misunderstanding and loneliness and other issues, anxiety, confusion and frustration cause on unfamiliar environment will interfere with students' learning. Therefore, after interviewed, this report has three develop concepts: 1. Provide student internships abroad in Singapore good cross-cultural adaptation. 2. Reduce obstacles student internships abroad in Singapore enter the workplace. 3. Make student internships abroad in Singapore enrich the harvest, and help them in the future.
