提升公共圖書館使用滿意度增進高齡者幸福感之研究

Elevating User Satisfaction of the Public Library to Increase the Well-Being of the Elderly

本研究目的在探討提升公共圖書館使用滿意度，以增進高齡者幸福感。研究方法藉文獻探討各高齡者圖書館使用需求，針對南投縣政府文化局圖書館高齡使用者，將有效問卷200 份蒐集所得的資料以SPSS 12.0 for windows 統計軟體進行各種資料的分析。研究結果發現五大類別的滿意度的平均值差不多，其中在推廣活動品質的滿意度最高，其次為館藏資源，再其次為資訊取得的便利性、空間環境、館員服務態度。從事「工商」職業的高齡讀者比職業為「農林漁牧」的高齡讀者使用滿意程度高、「家管」身分的高齡讀者比職業為「軍公教」的高齡讀者使用滿意程度高。本研究建議各縣市公共圖書館應提升整體使用者滿意度，例如成立專為銀髮族設計的多元「樂活學習專區」、鼓勵銀髮族積極終身學習、精神生活獨立、並增進他們自我價值的幸福感。

This study aimed to explore the user satisfaction of the public library servicesto increase the well-being of the elderly users. Five indexes regarding libraryservices were examined. Effective data derived from 200 subjects were collectedand analyzed by SPSS 12.0. Results showed that the average value of the fiveindexes is not much differentiated. The quality of the promoted campaign has thehighest satisfaction rate. Those who are workers and businessmen have highersatisfaction compared to other professions. Specially, the housekeepers are moresatisfactory to the library services compared to soldiers and other public employees.This study suggested that all the public libraries should devote efforts to increaseuser satisfaction. What’s more, a LOHAS zone in the public library can betailor-made in order to encourage life-long study with the hope that the well-beingof the elderly adults can be boosted.
