描繪一所學校的幸福圖像:寓教於樂的具體實踐

Mapping the Welfare Portrait of a School: The Specific Practice of Education through Entertainment

在各級學校朝向自主管理的潮流下，學校愈加多元化發展，同時，著重以學生為中心的發展模式，亦已成為當前教育改革的重要趨勢。本研究採取個案研究法，從學生立場為考量的觀點，描繪、分析一所學校的幸福圖像。研究場域為位於新北市的一所小學，在資料蒐集方面為該所學校網站及相關網站報導內容，及研究者實地觀察，在資料處理方面，本研究將各項次級資料審慎解讀、分析與詮釋，以真實地呈現研究結果。根據研究結果，個案學校的幸福圖像如下：（一）在空間活化的優美校園環境中品味幸福。（二）在使用許多遊樂設施之遊戲歡樂中感受幸福。（三）在多元化自由選擇的社團活動中體驗幸福。最後，根據研究發現提出結論，作為學校規劃與管理之參考。

Schools of each level are developing in the diversified way increasingly towardthe tide of autonomous management; in the meanwhile, emphasizing thedevelopment model center on students has also become the vital trend of currenteducational reform. The case study was used in this study, it described & analyzedthe welfare portrait of a school from the position on students. The authors took anelementary school in new Taipei city as study field, data were collected from thecampus & related website as well as on-the-spot observation by authors, it trulyshow study results by interpreting, analysis & explanation of each secondary data,according to the study results, the welfare portrait is as below: (1).To taste welfare inthe beautiful environment. (2).To feel welfare in the happy game. (3).To experiencewelfare in the club activity. Finally, a conclusion was offered as reference forplanning & management of school according to the study findings.
