Legislation Theory and Practice Featured with Chinese Socialism Characteristics － A Summary of the 2016 Academic Conference held by China Law Society Legislation Association

中國法學會立法學研究會2016年學術年會於2016年11月19至20日在中山大學召開，以“中國特色社會主義立法理論與實踐＂為主題，集中討論了黨領導立法的實踐經驗、人大主導立法的體制機制、地方立法的理論與實踐、科學立法與民主立法等問題，對推動我國立法理論與立法事業發展及立法學科建設具有重要意義，本文對會議發言中的主要觀點進行綜述。

The 2016 academic conference on legislation study sponsored by China Law Society Legislation Association was held in Sun Yet-san University on November 19'h to 20'h, 2016. The theme of the conference was 'Legislation Theory and Practice Featured with Chinese Socialism Characteristics'. A serial of topics had been widely discussed, including the practical experience of legislation under the leadership of the Party, the system and mechanism of the leading-role of the people's congress in legislation, the theory and practice of local legislation, and scientific and democratic legislation. The significance and far-reaching impacts of this conference cannot be overemphasized, and this article sums up the basic ideas presented in the conference for the readers' reference.
