Equipments are the important assets of an enterprise. Those high-value added equipments require enterprises to do extra well-maintenance and management so as to achieve the need of its manufacturing operation. Whether the equipments are in good or bad condition will deeply affect the manufacturing system in the aspects of production capacity, yield rate, and the quality of products. Therefore, the well-maintenance, repair and management of equipments are the important keys to enterprises' survival in this increasingly competitive market environment. The planning of maintenance management system of equipment is a part of the whole equipment management system planning. To ensure that the equipment management system keeps its high reliability, security and maintenance under manufacturing circumstance, sustains the continuous function of equipments, and smoothes the whole manufacturing process, the maintenance management systems of equipment are built. The main goal of this research is to build a maintenance management system of equipment that applies digital data. Digital data possesses the features of easy to search, share, deliver, and save. By these features of digital data, the best practice examples and experiences of equipment maintenance can be digitalized. Every member from the maintenance team will be able to share his or her own experiences with each other, and find the data that he or she needs rapidly. Such work experience can be passed down by this kind of invisible interaction. |
