子商品正逆物流運送整合之研究

The Forward and Reverse Logistics Integration of Electronic Products

本研究針對電子商品正逆物流整合情境進行探討，主要因為近年來科技發展蓬勃，經濟快速成長，電子資訊品普及且量產，電子商品的使用年限縮短，若沒有將新品瑕疵品回收及廢棄電子品納入考量，會造成大量電子廢棄物的產生。因此本研究主要探討正逆物流個別運作與整合運作的成本比較，及將逆物流之產物重新回歸原本之存貨中，再次納入供應鏈。由以上情境研究結果可以得到，正逆物流配送同時並行，的確可以有效降低成本，且相較於原本正逆物流個別運作所省下約3000元，若將情境實際應用於企業，在量產的情況，想必節省之成本必定可觀；當將新品瑕疵品回收及退貨品重新納入存貨，可以有效地省下約5,549元，不但資源可以有效再利用，對於企業而言節省成本之於，亦能增加競爭力。

The study focus on the forward and reverse logistics integration of electronic products, with technological and economic rapid growing, the electronic products become in a mass production. However, 3C products are innovating year after year, leading to a shorter product life, which accompanying with large great number of electronic wastes. Without an appropriate treatment of E-Waste, it may damage the environment and decrease the resources we have. In recent years, with the rise of environmental awareness, many countries have established regulations of E-waste recycling. This study focus on the comparison of forward and reverse logistics operating costs, and integrates logistics operating costs. In addition, the study also focuses on whether the cost of products will be lower in using recycled products. At the end, the study points out that the cost will be lower when forward and reverse logistics are integrated. In the recycled products back to the supply chain for sales, will also lower the costs.
