基于變異係數權重的灰色關聯投影法在選擇圖書館方案中的應用

Application of Grey Relation Projection Method with Variation Coefficient Weight for the Library Selection

针对選擇圖書館方案决策影响因素的信息不完全性以及影响因素间与评价指标的灰色关联性，综合应用灰色系统理论、矢量投影原理和模糊数学理论，在灰色关联投影法的基础上，提出了一种選擇圖書館方案优选的模糊灰关联投影法。实例分析表明，采用该方法具有科学实用、操作简便、易于实现程序化、决策灵敏度高等特性，能够为方案的决策提供更为可靠的依据，具有一定的推广和实用价值。针对選擇圖書館方案优劣排序问题，本文提出了利用灰色关联投影法从選擇圖書館方案指标序列与最优序列和最劣序列在几何形状上的关联度来度量其优劣顺序。最后将採用變異係數權重法與灰色关联投影法结合起来，更全面对产品的质量进行优劣排序，并进行实例分析，排序结果符合客观实际。

According to the characteristics of the decision factors of the library selection, such as information incompleteness and their grey correlation, using grey system theory, vector projection synthetically and fuzzy mathematic theory, a fuzzy grey relation projection method for the optimization of the Library selection is established based on the grey relation projection method. The paper was through the associated of geometry measure the superior and inferior from the sequence to the optimal and the worst sequence based on grey relation projection method. Finally, combining variation coefficient weight with grey relation projection of the two methods can be more comprehensive to sort the superior and inferior of the library selection, and sort of instance analysis results fulfill with the objective reality.
