Coffee Industry Service capacity evaluation based on weighted Grey Target Model

服務能力的好壞是衡量咖啡業水準的重要指標之一，對咖啡業服務品質進行準確的評價有利於提高咖啡業服務能力。本文提供了把主觀和客觀權重相結合的咖啡業服務品質的灰靶理論評價方法。利用模糊數學對不確定性問題有效處理方法，進行靶心度分析的方法，充分挖掘原始資料本身蘊涵的信息，實現了對四家咖啡店服務能力的評價，證明該方法為服務評價提供了理論依據，使結果更為客觀，具有一定的應用價值。

The service capacity measures one of the important signs that the coffee industry the level of the hall. The people carry on the accurate evaluation of coffee service capacity that can help to improve coffee service capacity. This paper provides a grey target theory method for the subject coffee service capacity, which combines the weight with the objective weight. Used the fuzzy mathematics to the effective treatment method of the uncertain problem, be applied to approaching degree analysis and calculated for combined weight coefficient by integrating information entropy with AHP, which makes the evaluation more objective. The results showed that the four coffee industries for the evaluation of coffee service capacity. It showed that the method provides a theoretical basis for the judgement of the algorithm is very convenient and with high applicable value.
