Considering the traditional grey target model which sorts the plans by weighted positive distance without the influence of negative approach degree distance to making decision. Index weights of which usually subjectively determined not fully using existed decision-making information has obviously defects. A method to improve the grey decision-making model is put forward which uses the positive and negative weighted approaching degree distances to calculate the close degree. This close degree is used as measurement to sort the plans and the index weight improvement method is given based on double base-point. This method uses fully decision-making matrix which is an objectively and effectively weight-decision method. In the model, this method is applied to determine the weights of evaluation indexes, the grey relational analysis to make qualitative process and comparison to the qualitative information, which reduces the influence of subjective factor and improve the accuracy of the evaluation conclusion, and offers a new kind of approach for evaluation to beverage industry service. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the proposed approach is verified with a case. |
