建立成功創業執行地圖

Establishing the Implementation Map of Successful Startup

儘管創業議題已被日益重視，且有眾多學者提出相關研究成果，但仍缺乏一套具有實務效益且系統化之流程，以作為階段性改善機制與營運績效查核之基礎。因此之故，創業者在創業過程中，仍須自我摸索與承擔高度失敗風險。為此，本研究彙整國內外文獻之關鍵成功因素，並運用質性訪談法與PDCA管理循環，建立「成功創業執行架構」、「成功創業執行架構之順序圖」，以及以部門功能為基礎之「成功創業執行地圖」，以做為創業營運之參考。本研究成果，不僅清楚呈現創業過程之系統化程序，更能因此強化營運機制、建立企業成功經營模式、降低營運失敗風險，進而提升成功創業的可能性。

Although the entrepreneurial issues have been raised by many scholars, the research results are too conceptualized and not comprehensive. And it lacks a systematic process, Stages improvement mechanism, and Operational performance Check. The result brings entrepreneurs still need to continuously explore and undertake the risk of failure. To improve these dilemmas, this study proposes systematic process architecture to enhance the likelihood of successful operation. In addition to aggregated the key success factors, this study also uses qualitative interviews and bases on PDCA management cycle to build “a startup implementation map”. The study results not only clearly point out the systematical progresses in entrepreneurial process, also assist entrepreneurs to strengthen operation mechanism and reduce the possibility of failure.
