織承諾對工作滿意度中介因素之研究以志願役軍士官為例

本研究旨在了解國軍志願役軍士官組織承諾對工作滿意度之中介因素，研究目的為探討工作投入及工作壓力之中介效果，並據以研擬適當的精進策略。採用量化研究的取向，藉由自行設計的「國軍志願役軍士官工作滿意度問卷」進行調查，對象為湖口地區裝甲部隊的志願役軍官及士官，以抽查方式進行調查，資料分析採用SPSS軟體之信度分析、迴歸分析及中介效果檢定等對各項研究假設加以驗證，並針對驗證結果提出有效改進建議，使國軍有效提高志願役軍士官工作滿意度。
