本研究主要欲針對推動綠建築標章於集合住宅的探討。針對相關綠建築設計於集合住宅的設計上應綜合考量的要素有哪些，此外，擬藉由探討相關綠建築制度，分析綠建築導入之綠色成本效益評估，期能藉由相關案例探討及導入可行性分析等，提供給予其他地區有一參考範例，並期能打造國內綠色城市及環境永續的概念持續運行。

This study was Promotion of Green building mark on the Apartment Buildings. For comprehensive consideration of the relevant factors to be green architectural design of residential design in the collection which, in addition, to be relevant by the green building system to explore, analyze cost-benefit assessment of green building green import, the period can be related to the case and investigate possible import analysis, to provide a reference giving examples elsewhere, and of a green city can build domestic and environmental sustainability of the concept of continuous operation.
