The activities presented in the following article consist of dividing the students into small groups and encouraging them to interact using a variety of specific target patterns in order to develop a 'reflex' response. By helping each student take on an active role in his/her individual learning process as well as in each other's, linguistic competence will evolve from mastery of basic conversation skills to levels of more abstract expression and comprehension. |
