小兒變蒸學說之文獻探

The Study of the Chinese Medical Classic Literature of the “Biann Jeng” Theory

小兒變蒸之說，是中醫兒科典籍中基礎理論之一。歷代醫家的傳演與討論，其說益繁，而近代醫家對變蒸學說有褒有貶，甚至捨而不論。本研究透過蒐集整理歷代中醫文獻，釐清變蒸學說的涵義，了解此說在小兒生理發展歷程的意義，以及後續相關的病理轉歸；並且整理古代醫療文獻對於 變蒸與其相關病機的處置。最後以現代醫學的角度進一步理解變蒸學說的現代涵義，以期豐富小兒保健的內容。

“Bainn Jeng” theory is one of the basic theory of pediatric classics in Chinese medicine, but modern physicians don't pay attention on it. In this study, by reviewing important literatures of pediatric classics, we clarified the meaning of “Biann Jeng” theory, and described the physiological significance and the disposition associated with pathogenesis. Modern sense of “Biann Jeng” theory should be emphasized in further study.
