高齡者餐飲消費行為之研究

本研究主要為瞭解高齡者餐飲消費的行為，以更符合當前餐飲業者面對高齡者所提供之實際餐飲服務需要。因此，藉由問卷調查以蒐集高齡者餐飲消費等相關問題與意見。本研究調查對象以分佈於一級行政區直轄市（臺北市、新北市、桃園市、臺中市、臺南市、高雄市）65歲以上的高齡人口數，採分層隨機抽樣方式，依照各區65歲以上人口總數比例發放，此次共計發出1,083份問卷，有效回收1,071份問卷，有效回收率達99%。希望藉由研究結果提供餐飲業者面對高齡者所提供之實際餐飲服務需要及日後加強推動高齡者餐飲消費權益策略規劃之參考。

This study is mainly to understand the behavior of elderly to eat and drink more in line with the current catering industry to provide the actual needs of catering services.
