According to “Tea 520” CEO Chih-Huang Lin said, the selection of tea established a tea grading system, active market, stabilize the price of tea, and creating a lot of tea farmers and tea merchants' fame and fortune. However, in recent years, tea quality is different. Some people criticize the selection of tea is to increase prices and speculation, some people question the fairness and impact of the review, some people worry that Taiwan's sophisticated tea-making technology may be retrograde. Therefore, promotion of Taiwan tea selection criteria is particularly important. In this research, collecting counties and cities' tea selections method and documents, and using affinity diagram sorted out three main criteria, which are tea garden management, production process, and functional identification, and eleven sub criteria. Moreover, design questionnaires by the Analytic Hierarchy Process to interview two expert groups (senior tea farmers and tea expert), total is sixteen experts. Then calculate the selection criteria weight value, complete the Taiwan tea selection criteria and weight value. This AHP analysis and interpretation will offer to the Taiwan Tea Farmers and Tea Review Committee. |
