夜間觀光巴士營運與發展之研究

The Study of Developing and Operating of Night Tourism Bus

本研究針對夜間觀光巴士營運與發展特性進行探討，因夜間觀光巴士之規劃具有特殊性，因此可以視為一個觀光運作系統來規劃，便利舒適的交通運輸環境、讓遊客瞭解與夜間觀光有關的資訊、遊憩景點相關配套推廣促銷措施、符合旅客需求之觀光服務設施，就成了本研究規劃分析的重要課題。其中夜間觀光巴士路線規劃，利用旅客接送密集的熱點地區，來確定候選的公共汽車站位置，本研究並以基隆夜景及各大景點作為案例，為了讓規劃路線更加豐富多元，本研究規劃二條路線，並分別計算其路線成本，可強化郵輪觀光路線，來強化基隆港的觀光意象。

The study focus on developing and operating of night tourism bus, with its particularity can regard as a tourist operation system. Comfortable and convenient transportation environment, night tourism information, promotion, service facilities were included in the paper. The crowed places with tourists assign to serve the bus stops. The night viewing in Keelung and some sightseeing spots propose to integrate the water showing at Chung Chen Park on weekend. The cruise arrives Keelung will bring many tourists, too. In order to have a good impression for the tourists, should to reinforce the tourist image. The study has two planning routes of night tourism bus, which can enhance cruise tourism routes.
