基于熵權灰靶圖書館服務決策模型

針對複雜方案設計中屬性資訊的不確定性，給出一種灰色系統理論的多指標灰關聯決策模型．該模型利用熵權法確定指標權重，綜合考慮決策模型的正負理想方案，利用方案的優屬度對決策方案進行排序。在建立了評價指標體系的基礎上，引入熵權和灰色關聯分析（Grey relational analysis, GRA）相結合的綜合評價模型，兼顧產品服務品質的模糊性、複雜性和難以量化等特點，對圖書館服務進行評價，模型中利用熵權法確定各評價指標的合理權重，應用灰色關聯分析法對定性資訊進行量化處理和比較，減少了主觀因素的影響，提高了評價結論的準確性，為圖書館服務方案評價提供了一種新方法，最後通過圖書館服務方案，驗證了該模型的有效性。

Due to the uncertainty attribute information in the procedure of complex project design multi-objective grey relational decision-making model based on the grey system theory is proposed. The index weight of the proposed model is determined by using entropy weight, the observe and negative ideal solution decision-making models are integrated considered. The decision- making models are ranked based on their optimal membership degrees. After establishing the index evaluation system, the synthetical evaluation model combining entropy weight with grey theory is introduce to evaluate the Library service, and to make the fuzziness, complexity and difficulty. In the model, the entropy method is applied to determine the weights of evaluation indexes, the grey relational analysis to make qualitative process and comparison to the qualitative information, which reduces the influence of subjective factor and improve the accuracy of the evaluation conclusion, and offers a new kind of approach for evaluation to library service. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the proposed approach is verified with a case.
