Cooperation and Professional Guidance

為增進本館同仁的專業成長與學習，在各組室的規劃辦理下提供技術服務、讀者服務、資訊應用、行政管理、生活健康、圖書資訊發展趨勢等議題講座及研習，全年45場次，計有3,270人次參與學習。2016館員專業成長系列課程，「有效有感之內控」、「站在未來看現在─用新媒體思維，探國圖新未來！」、「長治久安的基礎─內部控制」等3場次課程，共計229人次參與。另為培養專業人才，加強溝通協調能力，辦理中高階主管在職發展訓練「職場達人必備─超人氣職場溝通術」課程。

To promote the professional development and learning of the librarians of the NCL, 45 lectures and workshops on technical services, reader services, information applications, administrative management, life and health, library professional development trends, etc., were held by different library departments with 3,270 participants. In 2016, 3 courses were offered to 229 participants as part of a series of courses for the professional development of librarians, including “Effective Internal Management,” “Looking at the Present from the Future: Thinking with New Media, Exploring the New Future of the NCL!”, and “A Basis for Long-term Stability: Internal Management.” In addition, the course, “Communication in the Workplace: A Necessity for Professionals” was offered to middle and high-ranking administrators for the cultivation of professional talents.
