The material progress and scientific development both help human life improves a lot, but also bring high pressure in the daily life which leads inner chaos. That's why people focus on EQ concept nowadays, the warm discussion not only get people's attention but also let people begin to watch one's mood about its rising and falling. And try to find out a proper way to deal with the mood, and to have a steady psychological condition.
In this research, I would like to try to find a suitable way of controlling inner mood in the ancient classical Chinese wisdom. At the end, I found that “Fa Bao Tan Jing”, a Buddhist Sutra, is very suitable for the topic. The reason of choosing Buddhist classics, it's because Buddhist philosophy not only pays attention to the practical experience of life but also care about the inner feeling very much. And choosing Zen Buddhism, it's because the meditation has already been applied in the western psychotherapy in recent years, and has already turned out good curative effect. According to clinical research, meditation not only lightens patients' pressures, but also helps oneself to be aware, it means to strengthen self-control ability. With this Sutra I hope to find out the reason how meditation can reduce pressure? At the end, expect to be able to offer practical method to set the mind steady which can help the people who is trouble with the emotional problems. |
