「文化」是代表一種社會活動的活力與傳統文化價值,也是展現一種社會族群文化持色的表徵。「藝術文化」則是依循並傳達這種理念,與他人分享具有藝術與歷史傳承價值的文化。「文化資產」定義簡而言之,具有歷史、藝術、科學等文化保存價值,並經政府機構或國際組織指定或登錄之物品,包括「有形、無形」文化資產,亦即俗稱具有傳統藝術與歷史保存價值的文化資產。文化資產的定位與被重視,全繫於對藝術文化歷史價值的認知。藝術教育除了培養學生對藝術基本認知與創作潛能外,對於自我成長息息相關的生活環境、風俗習慣、人文歷史、文化資產的傳承與維護,扮演著潛移默化的教育功能。 |
英文摘要 |
Culture represents the vitality of social activities and the traditional value. It also manifests the unique features of social and ethnic culture. “Art and culture" succeeds and conveys this idea to share art and value of historical heritage with others. The definition of "cultural assets" can be succinctly defined as inclusion of historical, artistic, scientific articles designated for cultural preservation or registered by government agencies and international organizations. Cultural assets include tangible and intangible identities. They are also commonly known as traditional arts for historical preservation. The position and attention of cultural assets are geared to the cognition of the historical value of artistic culture. Art Education plays a subtle educational function. In addition to cultivating students' basic cognitive and creative potential of art, art education plays a vital role closely related to the living environment, customs, humanistic history, as well as the transmission and maintenance of cultural assets. |
