市售熱燙髮劑之品質調查

INVESTIGATION ON THE QUALITY OF MARKETED HOT PERM

為瞭解市售熱燙燙髮劑之品質，於75年10-12月間在市面上抽購該類化粧品50件。分別檢驗其外觀、pH值、鹼度及主成分之鑑別與含量測定；而主成分亞硫酸塩的鑑別則參照日本公定書協會所編的化粧品原料基準第二版記載的方法，並以原子吸收光譜儀鑑別是鈉塩或鉀塩；接著利用碘滴定法（Iodimetric method）測定其含量。然後依檔存原廠規格判定各檢驗項目之不合格件數統計如表一，進一步再根據前述各項檢驗結果判定檢體合格與否，而得到表二之統計資料。此外，鑑於市售熱燙燙髮劑標示不全的問題相當嚴重，特別將實際所見的情形及件數列於表三中。

To understand the quality of marketed hot perm, we purchased fifty samples in Taiwan area from October to December in 1986. The items examined of hot perm included appearance. pH value, alkalinity, identification and determination of essential ingredients, etc. The results indicated that 48% of case samples were in violation, and the reason was the amount of essential ingredients not in the original formulation for liscence application. Furthermore, 15 samples were sold without liscence.
