一位母親面臨女兒遽患白血病的情緒反應與適應行為

Emotional Reaction and Coping Behaviors of a Mother Whose Daughter is Newly Diagnosed Leukemia Patient

本研究為探討一位母親面臨女兒遽患白血病時的情緒反應與適應行為。本研究係採田野研究法（field method），研究者在護理病人期間，將與母親的互動寫成行為過程記錄，而加以整理分析，發現母親在女兒被診斷為白血病時，否認、憤怒、罪惡感等情緒反應特別強烈，而在護理人員及各方支持系統的應用下，使母親能順利的走過哀傷過程。

This is a study of a mother’s emotional reactions and coping behavior. The field method was applied by the writer. Observations of mother-nurse interactions and mother’s reactions were analyzed. The results indicated that this mother showed denial, anger, and guilty feeling. In addition, mother conducted information seeking behavior and sough religious support. In this case, the nurses and various supportive sources helped the mother get through the grieving process smoothly.
