一位罹患神經纖維瘤病人住院期間採用科學的問題解決策略

Scientific Problem-Solving Strategies of a Patient with Neurofibromatosis during Hospitalization

本文係應用田野研究法，將護理過程寫成行為過程記錄，再加以整理分析。護理期間是80年元月17日，至80年2月22日，共37天，完成19篇行為過程記錄。是敘述一位罹患神經纖維瘤的36歲女士，住院期間在面對其健康問題時，如何應用科學的問題解決策略，來了解或解決發生在她身上的事情。筆者以下列三項事例予以說明，其問題解決過程；設法入院求醫、疼痛的體認與處理、偏方的執行。

This paper presents a nursing study report which was written record of behavior process of one according to field method. The period of nursing is from Jan. 17. 1991 through Feb. 22. 1991. In the meantime, the behavior process records were organized into 19 sections. Those describe how to use scientific problems solving for a case of a 36-year-old female neurofibromatosis patient, in order to understand and solve the problems whenever happened to her. In general, therefore, the writers express the whole procedures with three points as following: the process of problem solving; enter a hospital for remedy, pain experiences and management; orders performance.
