台灣中部地區市售仙草、愛玉及粉粿中著色劑、防腐劑之調查

INVESTIGATION OF ARTIFICAL AND PRESERVATIVES IN MARKETED SIEN -TSAO, AI-YU AND FEN-KUEI IN CENTRAL DISTRICT OF TAIWAN

仙草、愛玉及粉粿是本省許多消費者所喜愛的消暑食品、為瞭解這些食品使用著色劑、防腐劑之情形以及是否違規添加禁用之硼酸及其鹽類，乃於75年9、10月間及76年4、5月間分兩次前往中部地區各市場以逢機方式價購檢體200件，依據71、8、16衛署食言第388288號公告：防腐劑、煤焦色素檢驗方法，進行檢驗分析，結果不合規定者共有31件，佔15.5%，其中使用規定範圍外煤焦色素者3件，佔1.5%，違規使用防腐劑者28件，佔14.0%，硼酸及其鹽類則均未檢出。

In an attempt to understand the status of artifical colors and preservatives in marketed Sien-Tsao, Ai-Yu and Fen-Kueik, 200 samples wen~ collected in central district of Taiwan from July 1986 to May 1987, 15. 5% of samples did not meet the hygienic standard, 3 samples were found to contain non-permitted colors and 28 samples were found to contian non-permitted preservatives. No boric acid or borate was found in 200 samples.
