中部地區市售濃縮果汁及豆漿使用人工甘味劑調查

INVESTIGATION ON THE STATUS OF ARIFICIAL SWEETNER ADULTERATED IN CONCENTRATED JUSICE AND SOY-BEAN MILK MARKETED IN CENTRAL AREA OF TAIWAN

為求了解市售濃縮果汁及豆漿中人工甘味劑之使用狀況，於75年7月至76年5月間由中部地區六縣市抽購110件檢體中，74件是瓶裝濃縮果汁，種類包括柳橙汁、葡萄汁、百香果汁、梅汁、楊桃汁、檸檬汁及其他，36件為散裝或包裝豆漿。按照衛生署公告之檢驗方法進行檢驗，其結果梅汁4件及楊桃汁1件攙加糖精佔74件果汁檢體數之6.8%，豆漿檢驗結果均未檢出。72年本局曾對國產水果罐頭及國產飲料類作調查，發現中部地區不合格率偏高分別為53及11%。本調查更發現市售濃縮果汁亦有攙加人工甘味劑（糖精）。台灣中部地區市售濃縮果汁使用人工甘味劑之概況如表。

In order to understand the status of artificial sweetener adulterated in concentrated juice and soy-bean milk, 110 samples were bought from six county or city in central area of Taiwan from July, 1986 to May, 1987. Among them 7 4 samples were concentrated juices and 36 samples were soy-bean milk. The concentrated juices comprised orange juice, grape juice, passion juice plun juice and lemon juice. The results showed that 5 out of the 74 juices samples didn't meet the sanitation legislation and none of the soy-bean milk adulterated with artificial sweetner was found. As compared with studies on fruit can and juice reported by FDB, the unqualified rate of concentrated juice is lower.
