蜜餞中人工甘味質調查

SURVEY ON ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS IN PRESERVED FRUIT

曾於民國七十五年度（民國七十四年七月至民國七十五年六月），抽購全省包裝蜜餞檢體350件，不合格件數為170件，不合格率48.60%。今年度（民國七十五年七月至民國七十六年六月）繼續以包裝、散裝兩種形式蜜餞檢體為主，購至全省北、中、南、東四個地區各大超級市場、零售商店及攤販，檢體共計561件，根據中國國家標準、測定蜜餞中之糖精、環己基（代）磺醯胺酸塩含量及對位乙氧苯脲。檢驗結果顯示：蜜餞檢體共計561件（見表一），違規使用人工甘味質總件數為244，不合格率43.49%（見表二）。

561 samples of preserved fruit were collected in Taiwan area. The moisture content was first determinated. Secondly Saccharin, Cyclamate and Dulcin were analyzed qualitatively by means of PC (Paper Chromatography). Finally, the contens of Saccharin and Cyclamate were determinated by HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) and GC (Gas Chromatography), respectively. The results showed that 244 in 561 Samples (43.49%) didn't meet the Chinese National Standard. Amony the 244 samples, there were 218 out of 297 samples for which the moisture (content) was tested to be above 25% and 26 out of 264 samples for which the moisture content was tested to be below 25%.
