英文摘要 |
Several function words achieve mode-auxiliarization by concealing the rear part of the sentence in the Jin dialect. This is sometimes done to express certain moods. Function words involved in mode-auxiliarization include: 還 (adverb of mode), 得來 (mark of complement of mood), 是 (selectional conjunctions), 吧 (哇) (mood word in mid-sentence), 嘇, 起/咾噠, etc. The mode-auxiliarization of these function words in sentences comes about with their function of ending sentences and simultaneously the related structures’ solidification. The main vectors of these function words’ mode-auxiliarization in sentences are Replacement and Ellipsis. |
