國家圖書館2020年願景與策略規劃

2020 Vision and Strategy Plan of National Central Library

本文針對四個國家的國家圖書館進行比較各館的願景與策略規劃，此4國分別是：美國的國會圖書館（Library of Congress）、英國的大英圖書館（British Library）、澳洲的國家圖書館（National Lirary of Australia）與臺灣的國家圖書館等4國的國家圖書館。首先分別陳述此4國中的2個國家圖書館的願景與4個國家圖書館的策略規劃項目，其次是分析此4國中的2個國家圖書館之願景與4個國家圖書館的策略規劃，再依我國的國情，針對我國的國家圖書館以2020年為目標，提出7項建議。

The comparison of visions and strategy plans in four country national libraries, i.e. United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Taiwan. Both United Kingdom and Taiwan national library's visions are described, and then compare their differences. The national library's strategy plans of above four countries are described and further compare their differences. Finally seven suggestions are given for the National Central Library of Taiwan according to the results of comparison.
