金門縣民眾對形成無菸環境之認知、態度與執行把握度等相關因素之研究

The relationships among the cognition, the attitude of becoming smoking-free environment, and the self-efficacy of smoking-free environment toward the people in Kinmen County

本研究在於了解金門縣民眾對形成無菸環境的認知、態度與執行無菸環境把握度的情形，以作為未來推動無菸環境之依據。以金門縣民眾為研究對象，採用戶籍系統抽樣方式，共抽取795戶，成功調查有效問卷601份，回收率75.6％。並以自編之「金門縣民眾對形成菸害與無菸環境之認知、態度與執行無菸環境把握度之調查」為研究工具，針對研究對象所蒐集的資料，進行分析。主要發現如下：一、民眾的菸害認知不盡理想、無菸環境態度及執行無菸環境把握度尚佳。二、民眾性別在菸害與無菸環境態度及執行無菸環境把握度部分，有顯著差異，女生都優於男生。三、民眾有無吸菸經驗在菸害與無菸環境態度及執行無菸環境把握度部份，有顯著差異，也都是沒有吸菸經驗者都優於有吸菸經驗者。四、不管是菸害與無菸環境認知、菸害與無菸環境態度及執行無菸環境把握度，民眾在不同工作環境都呈現顯著差異。五、民眾的菸害與無菸環境認知、菸害與無菸環境態度及執行無菸環境把握度間，均為顯著之正相關。

The main purpose of this study was to understand the becoming smoking-free environment on the cognition, attitude and resists tobacco grasping among the people in Kinmen county. The study was based on a questionnaire using systematic sampling to take subjects from the people in Kinmen County. A self-developed questionnaire was used. The effective questionnaires were 601 excluding those with ineffective questionnaires. There were acquired with a return rate of 75.6%. The main findings of this study were as follows: 1. The subjects were in insufficient cognition, good smoking-free environment's attitude and resists tobacco grasping. 2. The subjects' gender had significant differences on smoking-free environment's attitude and resists tobacco grasping. The female were better than the male. 3. The subjects' smoking experience had significant differences on smoking-free environment's attitude and resists tobacco grasping. The subjects had no smoking experience were better than the subjects had smoking. 4. The subjects' working place had significant differences on cognition, smoking-free environment's attitude and resists tobacco grasping. 5. There were significant correlation on cognition, smoking-free environment's attitude and resists tobacco grasping
