事業單位安全衛生自護制度研究

Voluntary Industrial Safety and Health Management Program Study

為落實國內工廠安全衛生工作，擬訂本土化安全衛生管理評鑑系統，配合獎勵及輔導辦法，來鼓勵並輔導工廠自行推動安全管理工作。本年度的工作內容為：參照國外的制度及國內的法規，制訂事業單位安全衛生自護制度內容辦法和程序。自護制度以正面鼓勵，引導事業單位實施自主性安全衛生管理，以達到法規的最基本要求，立意良好且符合世界潮流趨勢。本計畫已完成了自護制度推展所需的作業要點（包含獎勵措施），及自評申報書，奠定了制度推行的基礎。

The purpose of the Voluntary Industrial Safety and Health Management Program (VISHMP) is to encourage and recognize the excellence in employer-provided industrial safety and health program. The objective of this project is to establish the standard of VISHMP and the implementing procedure with reference to international systems and domestic government regulations. The completion of this project has established the fundamentals of the VISHMP. With positive attitude and technical support, the VISHMP participants will fulfill the minimum requirements of the regulations.
