被動式採樣器研究發展的回顧

Retrospect on Research and Development of Passive Samplers

被動式（擴散式）採樣器依據Fick’s First Law設計，期研究發展始於1973年，在1980年代達到高峰。綜覽1973到1992年的研究發表，實用的研究重於理論，有149種化學物出現於146篇相關文獻中，大多的實用研究對象為有機蒸氣，而且結構設計等已相當定型。認為要有突破性研究發展有賴重點選擇及群體合作，本報告對此提出建議。

Literature occurred in Medicine and Science Citation Index during 1973-1992 was reviewed to characterize the published passive samplers. Based on Fick’s First Law, a lot of passive samplers (diffusive samplers) had been developed and validated. The publication about the passive samplers began in 1973 and reached its climax in 1980. 149 chemicals out of 146 articles had been discussed, but most were organic vapor. The patterns of the passive samplers were almost fixed. Thus, the future research needed is highly challengeable.
