金馬地區事業單位勞工安全衛生設施現況調查研究

A Study of the Investigation on the Facility of Occupational Safety and Health in the Area of Kimmen and Ma-tzu

本研究係為因應金馬地區自八十一年十一月七日解除戰地政務後，加速推行勞工安全衛生工作之需要，研擬改善建議，以為辦理金馬地區勞工安全衛生工作之參考依據，而得落實該項工作之推行，有效防止職業災害之發生，保障勞工生命安全及健康。本研究係屬現況調查分析之性質，藉由調查分析之結果，以了解金馬地區目前事業單位勞工安全衛生設備之概況及省、縣政府執行安全衛生業務之現況，進而研擬改善建議，規劃近、中、長期辦理事項，供主管機關參考。

Kimmen and Ma-tzu used to be the battlefields but this situation was changed by the government since Nov. 7, 1992. The council of labor affairs, Executive Yuan would like to apply the same law, e.g. labor laws and regulation, in Kimmen and Ma-tzu as well as in Taiwan. Therefore, Instuitute of Safety and Health have carried out this study to understand the conditions of occupational safety and health program there. The information was collected through on site visiting. Such study will provide the suggestions to the government of performing the labor safety and health law in the near future.
