隧道工程爆炸火災災害防範方法基礎研究

國家建設六年計畫中，交通運輸工程的建設佔了相當重要的地位，而在台灣多山的地形條件下，依個完整的運輸網路必須牽涉到隧道的挖鑿。而本研究計畫即是針對隧道工程中爆炸火災災害防範方法做一基礎的先導性研究。本文內容主要介紹各種隧道施工方法外，並亦針對我國慣用隧道施工方法作一詳細的比較和探討。接著就爆炸災害（氣爆、炸藥）及火災災害進行檢討並且詳細討論了事先的預防措施及事後的對策。然後對國內外隧道工程爆炸火災災害防範之勞工安全相關法令加以比較。最後提供災害防範上之結論與建議。

Among the six-year National Construction Programs, the part of transportation plays a substantial role. Because the most areas of Taiwan are covered by mountains, tunnels are necessary for the completion of land transportation network. This project studies the assessment of control and prevention of tunneling on the issue of explosion and fire hazard. It not only illustrates the various methods of tunneling, but also makes a comparison as well as a discussion with the corresponding methods commonly used in Taiwan. The second section is the detailed examination for the explosion caused by the explosives and the premixed gas mixtures respectively and the fire hazards. The protective procedures and means to avoid the occurance of explosion and fire are discussed in detail, also the necessary emergency reaction and processes, which should be taken if the accident happens. The third section is the comparison of codes and regulations of labor safety concerning on explosion and fire protection of tunneling works between Taiwan and the other countries. Finally, the conclusions and suggestions are suggested in last section.
