營造樁作業安全分析與檢核設計之研究

Study of Safety Analysis and Checklist in Piling Work of Construction

本研究主要目的在執行營建工程樁施打時之工作安全分析與檢測，設計該作業之檢核表與安全檢查評分表，以提供現場安全工程師完成自動檢查或檢查員執行安全檢查之基準。研究過程先對樁作業相關重大職業災害30個案例及法規分析，然後依不同型式樁作業現場調查40個場次，並進行營造公司相關工程人員之問卷訪談及專家座談，以求其周延性。研究結果顯示樁作業相關之安全衛生馬關檢討時，以營造安全衛生設施標準之打樁設備、鋼筋混凝土作業、及工作場所等各章增列部分條文為佳，而不必以單章獨立描述。樁作業柴油重機械動力引發之危害如機具倒塌、被夾、被捲、被撞、油煙、嗓音等有待加強防患，才能使災害發生機率降低。

The main purpose of this study was to perform the in-situ safety analysis and inspection, to design the standard working inspections and assessment tables of safety check in driving piles of construction. That is to set up the criteria for safety engineers to handle auto-inspection, or for labor inspectors to carry out the safety inspection. After analyzing 30 cases fo occupational hazards and related laws of construction, this study investigated 40 construction fields of various pile driving, distributed interview paper to engineers of some construction companies and invited specialists for group discussion, to reach the complete practical goal. The result appear that the safety & hygiene’s provisions about pile driving should be revised. However it is not necessary to describe as an isolated chapter. This paper suggested some items in the chapter of piling equipment, reinforced concrete work, working field etc. of the safety & hygiene equipments and arrangements criteria of costruction should be added. The accidents due to diesel engine of piling machine such as equipment’s tumble-down, be pinched or embroiled, be stricken, oil smoke, noise etc. should be paid more attention. If so, the probability of piling accidents’ occurrence would be reduced.
