中、美、日營造勞工安全衛生法規及檢查制度之比較研究

Studies and Comparison of the Labor Safety and Health Standards and the Inspection Systems for Construction Industry Between ROC, USA, and Japan

本研究案共分為二部份，第一部份之工作為研究中、美、日三國在營造業安全衛生法規上之差異，由資料整理分析和比較，研擬我國在相關法規方面之改善對策，以為營造業者及主管機關之參考；第二部份為中、美、日三國在營造業安全衛生檢查工作之比較，透國國內檢查單位之訪問調查及相關資料之分析，比較三國在監督、檢查及輔導業界之制度上之差異，並建議我國在營造勞工安全衛生管理上之改善方案。

The contents of this research include two parts. The first part is to compare the differences in the labor safety and health standards for construction industry between ROC, USA, and Japan, and to suggest some refinements of the standards to the government. The second part is to compare the differences in the inspection systems between these three countries. Through visiting the inspection offices and analyzing the relevant information, some improvements of the inspection work were suggested to the government.
