Infection Control Precautions for SARS: Experience at Hospital Dietary Department

嚴重急性口乎吸道症候群（severe acute respiratory syndrome, SARS）疫情在 台灣地區蔓延，街擊台灣地區醫療作業。由於SARS病毒經飛沫及接觸傳染， 為預防並杜絕其成染途徑，醫院營養部門必需建立成染管制與疫情期間供餐 作業程序，特彙整SARS期間學養部門之防疫經驗，並就所遭遇的問題，提出 因應防範措施。

Severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) is a recently recognized infection disease affected various parts of the world. Along with the increasing number of suspect cases in Taiwan, the outbreak has prompted hospitals to implement a series of polices and procedures for the management of SARS patients. Infection control precautions for food service are taken by hospital dietary department to minimize the risk of SARS.
