本計畫主要規劃與建構膳食建議系統,是種新型態服務模式:壹、雲端配膳服務系統:透過資訊系統結合營養、餐飲及資管相關專業,滿足消費者的個別化調理食材與保健食品之需求建議;貳、均衡飲食即時建議:傳統均衡飲食資訊需透過營養師的建議,當消費者上網此系統時即具備食材營養分析、菜單設計、食材採購等功能,只要輸入必要資訊,能讓消費者即時接受到均衡飲食建議;參、健康新鮮即烹食材:有別於市面上即時調理包與純食材的供應模式,本計畫結合即食湯包與已清潔截切食材,滿足顧客對均衡膳食的便利、安全、食材新鮮與營養等要求。因此,該計畫實用性的讓消費者了解自己應該獲取的營養需求與飲食是否均衡外,也兼顧健康促進及衛生安全。
英文摘要
This plan is a new service model regarding dietary system arranging and suggesting. The characteristics of this plan are: 1. developing a cloud dietitian system: it combines the field of nutrition, food and beverage and information management knowledge to suggest consumers' nutrition needs individually and demand for health food recommendations. 2. Real-time recommendation of a balanced diet: a traditional balanced diet information receiving from a dietitian's recommendation, but when consumers use the web, the ingredients, nutritional analysis and menu design, food procurement, cost estimates and other features become easy to available just enter the information necessary. And the consumers could real-time receiving the balanced diet recommends. 3. Health and fresh food material supplying: it is different from traditional unclean food, we supply ready to cook material which could prevent security event. Therefore, this plan not only reached consumers on fresh food material of requirements, also meet modern consumers on nutrition balanced and the dietary security of requirements.
