有關日本改姓的實例研究－－以「社會命名論」的觀點

Case Study about the Law Regarding the Surnames of Married Couples in Japan- in Socio-onomasiology's Point of View

本篇主要以「姓氏」的繼承之社會現象為研究對象。並以社會語言學的「社會命名論(socio-onomasiology)」的觀點來探討現代社會日本人改姓的問題。文章中除了具體描述有關改姓的實例，並闡述日本的民法．戶籍法以〈家制度〉為主軸之「姓氏」繼承的實態，與其相關的地域社會中傳統規範的演變。也稍微觸及現今日本社會中爭議的「夫婦同姓」「夫婦別姓」之議題。

This paper is mainly about the form of Japanese society's family name inheritance in points of view of socio-onomasiology from sociolinguistics. This paper will raise specific description, and try to represent actual situation of family name's inheritance base on the family system in the household registration act and the civil code of Japan, as well as the related local society's conformist evolution. Meanwhile report and narrate the historical transition of Japan's household registration act and civil code, and will also mentioning the current controversy in Japan of weather married couples should or should not share the same family name.
