應用資訊系統於護理計畫之改善方案

The application of information system to nursing care plan

建置護理計畫資訊系統與發展標準化護理語言，可改善手寫護理計畫文書作業繁 複且耗時問題。護理人員的參與攸關護理計畫資訊系統的成敗，增加護理人員對資訊 系統的準備與接受度，乃為管理者的職責。運用Rogers創新擴散理論之創新擴散五個 階段，將護理計畫資訊系統融入護理行為。專案實施一年後，護理計畫資訊系統由2個 試用單位成功推展至其他6個單位；護理人員對此系統的平均滿意度為3.08分，顯示人 員對新系統尚屬滿意；擬定護理計畫時間由9.2分鐘降為6.7分鐘，平均節省2.5分鐘， 達到專案目標。本專案結果，可做為他院推動護理資訊系統之參酌。

To establish the nursing care plan information system and develop the standardized nursing language can improve the complex procedure and shorten time cost of hand writing nursing care plan. The participation of nurses is related to the success or failure of the nursing care plan information system. Increasing the readiness and acceptance of nurses toward this information system is the responsibility of managers. Applying the 5 stages of innovation diffusion in Rogers “Innovation Diffusion Theory” to fostering the implementation of nursing care plan information system, so that this new information system can be integrated into the nursing behaviors. After one year’s project implementation, this nursing care plan information system has been established successfully from two trial units to the other six units; the average satisfaction of nurses toward this system was 3.08 points (full score 5 points) showing that nurses were moderately satisfied with nursing care plan information system; time for developing nursing care plan was from 9.2 minutes to 6.7 minutes, saving 2.5 minutes, whish has achieved the goal of project. The results of this project could be a reference guide for other hospitals to promote nursing care plan information system.
