應用創新資訊系統對提升社區健康促進成效之初探

Application of innovative information system to enhance the effectiveness of community health promotion discussed

目前台灣推動社區健康促進有二種模式：一為醫療衛生機構，成立單一社區健康 部門；另一為民間團體或政府機構在社區成立關懷據點，然而此二種模式尚無合宜且 有效評估和回饋的資訊系統，作為未來調整服務內容與效能的依據為共同缺點。本研 究以創新資訊科技建置「社區健康促進網站」資訊平台，有效的持續評估和回饋上述 社區健康促進的二種模式，作為即時反應服務系統需改進之處，以提升優良的社區管 理服務效能。藉由滿意度問卷調查結果發現，滿意度平均分數皆高於4分以上，顯示本 研究建置之社區健康促進網站系統符合衛生機構社區健康部門使用者需求並且獲得高 度認同。整體而言，透過資訊科技系統的運用，能有效協助研究個案對社區民眾健康 促進活動的記錄、執行與管理，同時增進社區居民對疾病的認知進而自我管理。

There are two models to promote community health in Taiwan. One is to set up a single community health department within a healthcare organization. The other one is to set up a community care center in the community by civic or government organizations. However, there is a common drawback of lacking a suitable and effective information system to evaluate the two models and serve as a basis to adjust future service content and efficiency. This study establishes an Internet information platform to effectively evaluate the two models of community health promotion and to improve the services to upgrade the management of community health promotion efficiency.The results show that the average satisfaction score of the Internet information platform is greater than 4 which mean that the innovative information system of this study is in accordance with the needs of community health department users and acquires a high satisfaction.In short, applying information technology system can help the case hospital to record, implement, and manage community health promotion activities and provide residents a better way to learn the perception and self- management of disease.
