In recent years, due to the demographic change such as aging of the population and the growing predominance of nuclear families, the requirement of nurse attendants to carry out care work in hospital is increased. Additionally, the revolution of health care policies follow in sequence and make gradual progress, cause hospital all without exception consider to reduce human resources costs. Therefore the manpower outsourcing of nurse aides become a tendency. Based on the company or business laws of Taiwan, the manpower dispatch agency could operate dispatched work by simply registration from the government agency. Therefore, the agency of nursing care attendants has a great diversity, the number of agencies has been increasing gradually, and the service quality could be various. It causes some difficult to make a decision for hospital managers face with operate the manpower outsourcing of nurse aides. This article provides as reference for hospitals excutive administrator to make an outsourcing strategy. |
