醫院自走式污物投送設備的創新－－以南部某區域醫院為例

Innovation of the delivering apparatus for the self-propelled filth in hospital - Take one regional hospital in the south of Taiwan as an example

醫院作業每天會產生許多針頭、針管、藥瓶等感染性廢棄物，在運送過程中一不小心就容易造成工作人員或訪客受到感染，嚴謹的作業流程與監控機制是醫院管理者預防意外發生的不二法門。本專案乃是在描述，應用消防逃生設備的概念，重新改造醫院各樓層建築原有之垂直管道空間，將之設計成為一個立體的自走式輸送帶，可於各樓層連續性、無限次數地投送感染性廢棄物，減少清潔人員推著感染性廢棄物到處跑，若垃圾袋密封狀況不佳或人員感控概念不足，易造成交叉感染的風險；當然，相對地醫院也為此節省了傳送和管理人力，降低了電梯使用率（節能）。因此，將此創新經驗與同業分享，期望能刺激大家有更多的思考、創新和推廣。

Every day the operations of hospital would produce infective wastes such as a lot of syringe needles, needle tubes, medicine bottles and it was apt to cause staff members or visitor to be infected because of carelessness in the process of transporting. The rigorous operation procedure and the monitor mechanism were the only method to avoid taking place in accident for the hospital administrator. This project was to describe that using transportation concept of the fire escape facilities to transform original vertical channel into a stereoscopic automatic conveyer among the floors in hospital. The automatic conveyer might continuously deliver infectious wastes and the number of times had no limit for use. It would enable the cleanup crew to reduce frequency of running everywhere with pushing the infectious waste. If the sealed state of the garbage bag was not good enough or personal concept was insufficient for control of infectious waste, it was easy to cause the risk of cross infection. Relatively, the hospital had certainly economized on conveyed and managed manpower for this equipment and had reduced the rate of utilization of the elevator (energy-conservation). Therefore, sharing this innovative experience with the same trade and expecting to be able to induce people to have more thinking, innovation and popularization.
