An Overview of the Uniifed Patent Court

經過多年的努力，歐洲統一專利制度在司法訴訟領域終於取得關鍵性進展，統一專利法院即將正式成立。對於歐洲而言，統一專利法院的建立意味著歐洲統一專利制度最後的障礙將要被掃除，對歐盟政治經濟的發展具有重大意義。我國正面臨著建立知識產權領域統一法院的問題，而統一專利法院的經驗具有一定的參考價值。

After decades of efforts, the European uniifed patent system had made a crucial development in the ifeld of litigation, namely the incoming establishment of the Uniifed Patent Court, which means the ifnal impediment of setting up an uniifed patent system will be removed, and will also be of great meaning for the political and economical affairs of Europe. As for China, facing the challenge of establishing its own litigation system for intellectual property rights lawsuit, the European experience can be rather conducive.
